Carina is a Certificate IV qualified Veterinary Nurse from Sydney, Australia. Carina has worked in the animal care industry for over a decade, and has spent the past 3.5 years working as a dedicated Emergency Nurse in one of Sydney's largest emergency and referral hospitals. Her areas of interest include emergency stabilisation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, electrocardiograms and shock. Away from work, Carina enjoys running, vegan food and spending time with her 5 rescue animals - 4 cats and a dog - in her Blue Mountains home.
